ThinkSpace360™ was born from a simple observation: many micro to small business owners and executives are incredibly talented and driven, yet often struggle to step confidently into leadership roles.
Having started our careers on the shop floor from the early ’90s, we’ve seen first-hand what it takes to grow into leadership. The challenges, the mistakes, the learning curves. We’ve also watched countless small business owners step out of corporate roles and into running their own companies, only to find themselves wearing multiple hats, firefighting daily, and losing sight of the bigger picture.
We realised there was a gap: while business owners are experts at their field, few have had the time, support, or structured guidance to develop the leadership skills, mindset, and confidence that allow them to lead themselves, their teams, and their business with clarity and purpose.
